I am no longer thinking I can't, instead I think how can I. Thank you for helping me transform.
Being around people that are going through the same things as me, but helping each other on the programme and in life shows me I'm not alone.
The programme has shown me how I can be in control. I am responsible and will achieve my goals.
Bright Star has given me a future.
We started as a boxing club, but we’re now so much more.
I now have the right people around me.
The coach has been through what I have been through. If he can change, so can I.
We have seen him use the coping strategies put in place within the school and it has kept him calm.
Thank you to Bright Star. The young people have opened up more than ever and we have been able to get the right support in place for them.
The students look forward to attending every week. The provision has improved their school experience.
I’ve always tried to blame other people, I’ve not learned what I can control.
I am able to release my aggression in a positive way.
